The EMI Music New Zealand email campaigns have ranged from standard promotional emails to interactive emails to viral email campaigns.
Image Centre's web development and web design team built a range of label centric email templates that would allow EMI Music New Zealand to easily feature their artists.
Standard promotional emails feature and promote individual artists and enable the user to vist the artists online discography, listen to tracks and view the artist videos. These are sent out using Image Centres mass email deployment system.
Image Centre in conjunction ideas company Radical Alice designed and developed a viral email campaign for the Launch of the Music head website.
Music head is a concept where a character was developed and promoted through a viral email. The email was sent to a list of "A" list teenagers who inturn emailed it onto their friends. This proved a relatively easy way of reaching a large target audience. With visits to the Music Head website being recorded all across the world.

For the launch of the Album Girl's Night out EMI Music New Zealand wanted to do something a little differently. Working closely with Radical Alice, and the help of a naked male model, shoes left in taxi's, restaurants and bars tagged with The Girls Night Out branding a buzz was created around Auckland. The promotion was launched via a Email inviting Girls to view what makes up a great night out. When clicked a mini site was launched that featured sound bites from the album, alchohol and nudity.
